When Will was first born Katie named Kelly, Moira and herself "fonties" to Will. (Fake Aunties) We were so lucky to have 2 of the 3 fonties visit us when Will was just 2.5 months old in mid April. It was such a treat. Living out here in Chicago can get a little lonely at times, so to have 2 of your best friends in my home, loving and snuggling Will was just the best. Of course in true Chicago form we had icky weather for our play day on Saturday but we managed to have lots of fun. We had deep dish pizza per the request of Kelly, walked and shopped on Saturday and even went out for a girls dinner Saturday night. We went to this Mexican restaurant that I had heard great things about but when we were about to order the waiter said they were out of Shrimp and Beef?!?!?!? I mean really - who does that. So needless to say we all had chicken and a great time! Thank you so much Kelly and Katie for coming to Chicago to meet will. You are so important to me and Will is so lucky to have you both as Aunties! (nothing fake about either of you!) XO
